Field Market Manager (FMM), Assistant Field Market Manager (AFMM), Team Lead (TL), and Brand Ambassador (BA) are some of the titles I have held over the years. Some of the brands I have represented include L'Oreal, Keurig, Heinz BBQ, Uncle Ben's, JP Wisers, H&R Block, Ford, TracFone and San Pellegrino. Being fluent in Spanish has enabled me to communicate brand benefits and highlights to a broader audience while still interacting with the target audience. Some of things for which I have been responsible include: event reporting on a daily or weekly basis; filling out timesheets; setting schedules; training staff; inventory management; and maintenance of event activation area. Having displays and/or activation areas that are visually appealing, clean and presentable is crucial. Doing so would help make the biggest impact and help with instant brand recognition. Additionally, I have excellent attention to detail. For example, by making sure products were placed on shelves or activation area with labels facing forward, the search process for the customer would be simplified when the product name was visible.
