Manage multi-family complexes totaling more than 225 units plus commercial properties. Duties include:• Manage database and CRM software (Propertyware), which includes bookkeeping, managing payables, receivables, vendor oversight, and tracking overall asset performance• Update required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc., on a daily basis and provide information to property manager• Primary contact point for prospective and current tenants regarding community issues or maintenance• Handle complaints, lease defaults, and evictions in cooperation with legal• Process all lease paperwork, including applications, move-in/move-out reports, security deposits• Quality review of contracted work on units to ensure compliance with contract • Handle communications with municipal authorities or agencies• Provide monthly reports on asset performance, identify problems or issues needing attention
