Deliver timely resolution of client concerns ranging from system issues, implementation of new products and maintenance of tax records and payroll. I build and maintain strong relationships with client by maintaining accurate and easy to understand payroll records. Provide solutions for concerns related to time keeping and pay in accordance with state laws across all 50 states and Canada. Maintain working knowledge of ever changing federal and state regulations related to payroll taxes, time recording, and HR resources.

My primary responsibility is to maintain the planned maintenance contracts previously sold by the Contract Sales Division. This includes invoicing contract, processing and following up on renewals, processing work orders for the contracted services and sending relevant reports and invoice when applicable. Other duties have been assigned such as managing third party accounts and ensuring work orders were invoice for all locations and departments for specific vendors.

This was done while maintaining policies related to cash handling, customer service, and food safety. Additionally, I resolved customer service issues on the floor. I was able to move up to the position of Associate Team Leader after starting from cashier after working as supervisor on the front end and cash up supervisor. As Cash Up Supervisor I maintained the cash on hand as well as process invoices and report errors and discrepancies to store and regional management. I developed the new system of training with the transition from cash up being an independent department to being under the Front End umbrella. I was also a part of the receiving team and ensured shipments coming into the store match the order and price were correct in the system.
