My experience at Harris Kocher Smith has encompassed a range of roles, from HR representative to proposal manager and marketing specialist. During my time at the firm it has more than doubled in size, which has created opportunities for me to identify and give input on key initiatives to support growth. This has included the creation of employee programs including recruiting, retention, wellness, and performance/compensation. In 2021, I transitioned into a role in which I focus completely on marketing initiatives for the firm. This includes concept, design, and execution of strategic initiatives to support business development goals including print, social media, web, and PR. I am also responsible for development of all marketing collateral (brochures, cut sheets, trade show materials), website maintenance and updates, and proposal coordination and management.

At Sukle, I worked with account, production and creative departments to build campaign schedules, create milestones and track progress for timely delivery of web, digital, print and guerilla advertising campaigns for regional clients.

At Factory, I managed the production of a variety of projects in the fast-paced advertising agency environment for high profile clients such as Oakley, The North Face and Callaway Golf.

I managed the team that provided account and project management for large and small format digital printing projects.
