I was brought in to run a small project to ensure that the organisations laptops were updated to the latest Windows version prior to their upcoming Cyber Essentials + audit. This involved generating list of machines to be updated and then contacting the end users (approximately 190) to arrange a time to carry out the required checks and updates. Once I had completed the updates, any non-compliant machines had to be replaced with a new machine that was domain joined as the organisation was moving away from standalone laptops and using Citrix for remote access to site. The third part of the project was to ensure that all members of staff who either were using their personal computers to access the systems or had no computer access to systems (approx. 110 users) were issued with a domain joined company machine to use. The final part of the project was to replace the IGel computers that had been issued for home use with company machines. All of this involved collating addresses for the equipment to be delivered to and also supporting those with the domain-joined machines in connecting to the company systems using the new VPN connection. I had to liaise with the rest of the team to co-ordinate the logistics and the generation of training materials for the new sign on procedures.

I worked at Bupa Dental Services ltd for a month to provide cover for two Escalation Engineers to take time out to complete a planned project

I was hired to provide 1st Line and 2nd Line support during CGL's Digital Transformation as they migrated to Windows 10 and Office 365 within a Cloud based environment. I also worked alongside the Infrastructure team as they upgraded the networks and printers as well as supporting approximately 6200 Samsung and Apple phones via Intune.
