Core responsibility would involve managing relationships with senior decision makers in the account, Identify Microsoft products License shortfall and convert those shortfalls to revenue, providing demonstration of new Microsoft Products & Solutions to those set of Accounts, managing revenue and growth objectives, being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction. I am also responsible for driving Microsoft new initiative named Ed - Vantage program ( program that designed to bridge the gap between Industry and Academia) in Kerala Region.

( ASSYST) is a global CMMI level 3 information technology solutions provider with a track record of successfully delivering end-to-end IT services to Federal, State and Local Governments and Fortune 500 companies. ASSYST is a CA Clarity partner and reseller. I was responsible for conducting market research, finding out new business opportunities in Federal, State, Local Government and developing business plans with a special focus on CA Clarity PPM. I was also responsible for providing support to customers regarding New Clarity PPM 12.1 Implementation, Clarity Upgrade ( Assyst's Accelerated Upgrade Methodology, Clarity Reporting & Dashboards - Business Objects, Xcelsius ) etc.. Involvement in customer touch-point meetings to discover technology and solution strategy. ASSYST has an established Clarity practice led by a team of trained and certified professionals helping organizations put in place a robust IT governance that brings greater visibility, transparency, accountability and measurement into IT initiatives, thereby improving project management and reducing total cost of ownership.
