Creation of Big Data set using Hadoop platform. Creation of Big Data on each interaction in our repair customer journey. This involved identifying data sets, data points and measurements to be used within model. Create KPI's in model to identify key parts and measurements within each part of the model. This involves leading 7 team members 2 in the UK 5 in india to create and maintain the model which i project managed to completion. Once model creation was completed we automated the model to remove any manual intervention required. Actionable Insight into business units is now created using the Big Data model improving processes to enable a better customer journey.
