• Streamlined the management of accounts and devices, modernized our processes and helpdesk, and trained new colleagues as the company entered a phase of rapid growth and the team tripled in size• Deployed Single Sign On (Okta) in the organization, and lead the integration of 100+ internal and third-party apps into Okta• Led the configuration and deployment of an MDM solution (Workspace ONE) on 480 company devices and 40 personal devices. Configuration of profiles, compliance rules, automated deployment of internal applications. This deployment also included Mobile SSO and Device Trust through Workspace ONE Access, and a VMware UAG/Tunnel instance• Led the configuration and deployment of a service desks that followed ITIL's recommendations, and participated to the creation of the service catalog and the development of the associated processes with the Desktop Support Team• Deployed AWS Workspaces to 25 remote team members spread in 20 countries

• One Man IT Team of a growing 18-employees fintech firm editing and operating an end-to-end financial modeling, authoring and document management platform• Managed the desktops, network, database servers, and production systems, mainly based on Microsoft technologies (Windows, IIS, SQL Server) • Migrated part of production infrastructure to AWS (Amazon Web Services) using AWS EC2 instances, ELB, EBS and S3 storage, and Route 53 • Assisted the company’s growth and adapted the infrastructure as the amount of data managed grew over a hundredfold. I deployed and managed various internal systems: firewalls (pfSense), monitoring systems (PRTG), project management tools (FogBugz), knowledge management tools, log collection and analysis tools (Splunk), backup systems • Led the deployment of updates on servers and on customers’ workstations using WiX-based custom installers• Second line customer support

During a school project, in a team, I analysed,designed and installed a Document Management System on the Intranet of a company having 11 branches in the Philippines.

I managed the intranet, handling 150 computers, 8 Ethernet switches, 3 servers with NAT gateway (Kerio Winroute), Firewall, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP functions. I trained myself to assist users on Windows, Linux, Apple OS.
