Enabling Enterprise Synchronization of the U.S. Military's North American Operations► Harmonized operational efforts across eight global headquarters through a 24/7 staff of 200 people to ensure timely, synchronized, and market responsive North American deployment of 100,000 service members and $100B of U.S. military assets, enabling the agile and dynamic employment of military assets across North America, the Arctic and the Indo-Pacific. Emphasis on integrating current operations of both NORAD and USNORTHCOM in support of NORAD missions in Aerospace Warning, Aerospace Control, and Maritime Warning and USNORTHCOM missions of Homeland Defense, Civil Support, and Theater Security Cooperation within the air, cyber, land, maritime, missile and space domains.► Led a cross-functional, interagency team comprised of a 207 person bi-national, multi-service, and 8 division joint staff to develop, resource and execute the transport, integration and placement of 73,000 Afghani Refugees across 8 US military bases within a four month period, culminating the largest humanitarian airlift in human history, Operation Allies Welcome.► Developed policy and recommendations used to directly advise the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and members of Congress on military posture, investments, cost-benefit analysis, and force employment through the US Military's response to COVID, and Operation Allies Welcome. Coordinates all operations with mission partners to include US and Canadian national leadership, NGB, USCG, DHS, FEMA, FAA, NGA, NSA, CIA, FBI, and the US Secret Service.
