Scrum/Agile Lead/Account Manager for ARTIN's two key customer's. My role is there to work on strong relationships and trust between both sites of the coin. I am working on identifying possible growth of the customer and ARTIN, both from the opportunity perspective and the process perspective, I am helping on reaching the desired goals as well. Part of my role is to consult the delivery strategy, and find the possible ways for the teams and the customer to improve in the agile approach to successful delivery.As well I am Agile Lead at ARTIN Spol. s r.o. Competency leader of the Scrum community at ARTIN.Personal leader for three Co-Scrum Masters. Where my role is to consult their daily work, and help them to find the smoothest ways of implementing their ideas for improving processes, speed of delivery etc. and last but not least I am here to help them grow in their career in a friendly and eye to eye level of relationship.

- Preparing new user stories within focus group- Creating new user stories for automated tests- Creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios - both manual and automated- Maintaining, running and evaluating automated tests (PHPUnit, Page Objects)- Issue reporting and analysis using logs and browser dev tools- Merging and releasing pull requests on test environments- Documentation of new features and test processes- Supporting other team members and newcomersOther responsibilities:- Cooperation with DEVs and UK department- Contact point in the test team for another teams- Representative of the team on Technical refinements - Scrum master deputy
