As part of the Organizational Development area, I'm in charge of fostering and driving Spark Digital's culture and keeping connected a team of +250 people from all over the continent. Some of my responsibilities are: - Lead the internal communication area- Create and maintain attractive and competitive perks and benefits plan consistent with our employees’ needs and preferences- Support other areas from HR with the creation of policies and proposals oriented to attract and retain key talents- Design and implement the strategy and execution of our internal events and initiatives, ensuring they encourage our core values- Define and manage area budget- Develop and execute employees assessments to ensure we engage and retain our talents- Coordinate our Culture Building and Office Experience committees, and help them to develop and implement strategic and operational plans towards a better experience at the company- Partner with managers and leaders to promote the recognition, celebration and rewards of the achievements within the company
