About Martin Barbero

From 2024, I lead our global executive team in expanding our sales and operations worldwide, with base in Europe. Also, in transforming the customer experience through innovative solutions and investment in the people of our company.From 2023 to 2019, I have focused on strengthening Xtendo's internal processes, developing our human talent, and ensuring the quality of our services, given the levels of growth we had. In 2018, I set out to convert our original business as a marketing agency into a BPO/Contact Center company, focused on solutions for customer and channel experience and to support business operations. Generating exponential growth from 35 to 900 people within 4 years, and a 20-fold jump in billing. In the first 15 years of Xtendo Group (2017 - 2002), I was dedicated to growing our client base in the Americas and led our lead generation and database creation teams for the marketing growth of our company's clients.
