Alongside these areas I always seek to include an additional vital ingredient - Fun!Over the past few years, I have been instrumental in delivering a number of key projects relating to the areas above. These reflect my commitment to delivering our strategy.Projects include:* Management restructure designed to increase the impact of our work on young people.* £3.6 million redevelopment of centre infrastructure providing distinct 'zones' to enhance young people's learning.* Embedding a 'Working in Partnership' process in to our delivery that offers 6 distinct areas designed to increase development for young people and promote CPD for visiting staff and Outward Bound staff.* Introducing Employability to Outward Bound courses that makes better use of our equipment stores for learning - incorporating commercial awareness, planning/organising and time management.* Establishing and Chairing the Trustwide Technical Group.
