MotoSport is an eCommerce retailer of motorcycle parts, apparel, and accessories, was venture-backed, and experienced significant growth (65% CAGR).Hired as company’s first CFO, responsible for finance, accounting, operations/purchasing function, strategic planning, reporting/analysis, risk management, legal administration/contract review, human resources, and facilities. Raised significant venture capital funds with top tier investors (Sequoia, Tenaya, IVP); negotiated debt financing, including working capital loans, inventory revolving credit facility, and warehouse equipment financing; managed relationships with banks, creditors, auditors, outside counsel, insurance providers, and investors. Provided outsourced CFO services from 2010 to 2013 through the acquisition.

Digimarc develops software and intellectual property. Joined Digimarc as a $7m private company and left Digimarc as a $100m public company.
