Collaborates with business, product, tech, and design to bring new features and enhancements to the Morningstar Advisor Workstation platform and Financial Plannning components suite in an Agile framework. Works with a global team to design and introduce scalable financial planning components based on award-winning methodology and over 20 years of user data. Led the design of a new component, Inline Message, for the Morningstar Design System, in addition to writing the guidelines available on the MDS documentation site and updating the Figma MDS Library. Worked in a cross-functional team to redesign the sign-in interface for Morningstar’s main authentication service, which is now widely adopted across many products.

Associate Visual Designer, Institutional Data Manager
Partnered with product, business, tech, UX design, and content strategy team for the complete redesign of the Institutional Data Manager platform. Initially focused on the visual design of the platform, creating prototypes and specs for dev handoff, conducting design QA, and maintaining a visual library of the product. Took on more responsibilities including running user research campaigns, wireframing, content writing, and creating marketing content, which allowed to the switch into the current role as an end-to-end product designer. Co-led the pilot program and official launch of the new Institutional Data Manager platform, conducting user interviews and analyzing survey results to ensure the success of user migration from the legacy platform.
