As a Director, Phillip leads people and partners with clients on a portfolio of projects and contributes to TNTP's state and/or regional strategy. This includes designing strategy and approach to meeting client needs across a range of talent, teacher and leader development, community engagement or other related workstreams, supporting innovation and contributing to state-level strategy and business development goals, and facilitating and/or directly coaching district and school leaders to build capacity in areas aligned to priorities to support the sustainability of our work.Internal to TNTP, Phillip serves as a Senior Cohort Lead, effectively managing a team of Cohort Leads within TNTP's cohort model of management, building inclusive team culture, and growing and developing staff to be successful in their work and career, with a focus on working to actively shape and model the behaviors that support TNTP’s culture and support efforts to achieve organizational priorities related to diversity and inclusion.
