Prior to Nice Systems and founding Catalytic Merchant, I served as Director, Global Alliances for Witness Systems Inc. and through the 1B$ acquisition of Witness by Verint. In that capacity, I was responsible for Witness' OEM sales and distribution business and making the company the industry and category leader in this field. During that 3 year tenure, OEM sales grew an average of over 60% per year. Prior to that assignment, I led Witness' efforts in Canada where I established and built the division from inception to market leadership.
