In July of 2020 I started my journey in SKA Sistemas de Engenharia Ltda gave me the chance of having the challenges that I was looking for. The company is a reseller of Hexagon, Dassault and Lantek systems. Besides that, SKA also develops its own software, the MES application called Syneco. SKA is the reference in engineering applications in South America. I was hired to work with Lantek, software of the same segment than the two last companies I had been worked for. Basically my roles were the same than the ones that I had in my two previous jobs: development of post processors for industrial machines, implementation of softwares, development of processes and routines orientated to industrial IT environments, customers support, trainings, software analysis, integrating the software with third applications, and in the end I would add the the consideration of industrial problems, brought by the SKA customers, intended to be solved through one IT solution designed by us, and also the training of youger technicians.In SKA I widely spread my knowledges related to the metal industry and applications designed for it. I evolve my skills in post processors developing for industrial cutting machines and also my skills in own software developing and SQL transactions. The company allowed me of exchanging experience with many different professionals from many different areas. It also gave me a wider perspective of customer relationship and industrial software business.

I left Newgraph to start working for the brazilian office of the north american company SigmaTek Systems, LLC. Since I transitioned from a reseller to the actual software developer, I was continuing working with the same subject. There I had basically the same functions that I had in Newgraph: development of post processors for industrial machines, implementation of softwares, development of processes and routines orientated to industrial environments, customers support, trainings, software analysis and integrating the software with third applications. From the very beginning of my journey at the company I headed the small brazilian technical team. I see that the biggest difference from my previous job was that in SigmaTek I had a deeper contact with the software developers, what provided me a much better position to claim for fixes when discussing the software analysis and to request changes to attend the necessities of the brazilian customers.I developed really far my technical skills in IT, in industrial processes and in the own company's software technologies, but above all I developed my skills in english language, especially during some trips to Germany of working exchange.

I took some time to find what I felt be what I wanted to be graduated in. Despite to be continued intested and studying by myself, during this time I stayed a little away from professional relation with IT. Then, in 2014, due my experience with SQL databases, applications and customer support and relationship, I was invited by an ex-colleague of mine, from Millenium, to join Newgraph Soluções em CAE/CAD/CAM Ltda. The company was a reseller of the software SigmaNest, designed for creating nestings and CNCs to be cut in punch, oxyfuel, plasma and laser machines, especially aiming the metal industry.The very beginning was really challenging since it was my first contact with engineering applications. The concepts of CAD, CAM and CAE were new for me. This professional experience provided me the possibility to start a journey of learning those concepts besides many others as CNC, post processors and industrial processes at all. After some months I was able to implement the software in customers environments, to support users, to provide maintenance and to develop post processors for the industrial cutting machines. From the half my tenure in Newgraph until its end I was the head of the technical team. There I developed my skills as leading and managing work groups.

In 2011 I started working for Millenium, an arm of the former company I had worked for. Millenium was created exactly to attend the necessity of split between the development and selling to resellers, what was made by Secullum, and the direct attendance to end-customers, what was made by Millenium.My role was related to internal support for end-customers. My activities were to attend customers through phone, e-mail and chat in order to solve problems, to analyze software errors, to test software modifications, to do maintenance of software installations, to do maintenance of databases, to execute SQL queries. After half a year since my beginning I was designated as head of the support team.

I began my professional career in 2006, at Secullum Sistemas de Ponto e Acesso Ltda. The company develops its own time clock software for controlling of employees worked time and access control for gyms, parking lots, public places access control. The company sells the software through resellers, but at that time it also implemented the software by itself.I had a very general role in my first months there. My activities were related to installation of physical infrastructure, implementation of the systems, training, support to users, maintenance of hardware and software. After one and a half year I was designed to work specifically in the support team. That provided me more advanced skills related to IT. I started to understand better the SQL language and the Microsoft SQL Server, the database hosting software used by Secullum to host its databases.
