I advise clients on reward, focusing in particular on employee share plans, executive compensation and the associated aspects of corporate governance.I help my clients to design, establish and operate their remuneration plans, including bespoke executive incentive arrangements, international all-employee schemes and tax-advantaged plans in the UK and elsewhere. My clients have included publicly listed multi-nationals, financial services firms, and smaller, privately owned businesses. I have experience of a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, secondary issues, demergers and restructurings. I also support clients with the incentives and reward aspects of hiring and firing, and have a background of advising on wider employment and HR issues.
