Continuously works towards the improvement of the codebase and drives others to do the same. It is expected that Staff Engineers drive the continuous evolution and innovation of the codebase as well as deliver high-performance high-quality implementations when needed.

A senior engineer is the first stage where an engineer is considered fully autonomous. You're expected to be your own driver, work on big features, and help others less senior to improve. You can communicate your needs and fully articulate Cascade's values with anyone. You'll often be requested to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute proactively to new developments.

SE2 is expected to be autonomous in small tasks and help deliver big features. As a software engineer 2 you no longer need support all the time and can navigate your way around documentation and tools. It's still important to reach out often to senior colleagues for advice and mentoring.

I was in charge of developing a comprehensive system for a financial company dedicated to cash loans. The system allows user and client management, creation and charging of credits, statistics, customer profiling, billing with AFIP and transfers through the Industrial Bank. I also implemented the mechanisms to connect the system with external credit reporting services, such as BCRA, Veraz and Nosis, among others. The product included the development of a mobile application as well as all the systems used by the finance company's employees and its clients.During this period I also developed several other projects, where I had the opportunity to lead teams and plan their development. Among the projects I was in charge of were a sales assistant for a major manufacturer of computers and hardware parts, a company dedicated to medical informatics, and an advertising company focused on creator marketing on social media.

System administrator of SIGEVA UNTREF system developed by CONICET. The Comprehensive Management and Evaluation System (SIGEVA) is a set of computer applications that can be accessed safely through a web platform (intranet) and through an Internet browser. It began to take shape in 2004 and was born in 2005, being a development of the Information Technology Directorate of the Organization and Systems Management of CONICET.My responsibilities were the implementation of SIGEVA in UNTREF, from the installation of the Linux server to the maintenance and updating of the system. I put into practice my knowledge of Linux systems and management of virtual machines. I occasionally analyzed user data using MySQL and Pentaho.
