Worked as the "Technology Department" of the company, I oversee the Automations and Database and its integration. With the company reforms for a balanced share of skill and manpower for every broker, a new system was developed where individual brokers have been given access to the capabilities of every VA, no longer divided by Brokerages (Teams with 1 broker and a number of virtual assistant working as a separate team from the company whole).
