Responsible for assisting the college's intercollegiate athletics program with establishing policies and procedures that achieve the parallel goals of development of quality, competitive athltics teams and support of the individual educational goals of the student-athletes. Ensures college compliance with applicable NCAA rules and regulations governing all facets of intercollegiate athletics programs. Advocates for the needs and interest of women with the athletic department.

As the Title IX Coordinator, I receive and process inquiries from students, faculty, staff and administrators regarding rights and responsibilities concerning harassing behavior or other discriminatory behavior in violation of Title IX.

Manage and oversee varsity sports programs as related to game management, including, but not limited to, scheduling and hiring of staff, security, and emergency medical personnel• Coordinate the department’s day-to-day administrative functions• Supervise the athletics calendar related to team travel, including commercial bus bidding, vans, meals, and hotels for the entire intercollegiate program• Responsible for the planning and coordination of athletics special events• Prepare and execute athletic event contracts while managing master schedule• Assist the Director of Athletics in the organization and compilation of projects and documents• Responsible for departmental accounts payable and receivable• Assist coaches with the preparation of expense reports such as travel and recruiting• Act as a liaison with other institutional operating units• Direct all event management and facility rentals• Assist in all capital projects• Responsible for evaluating, developing and managing policies and procedures related to the operation of the athletic facility• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial reports• Assist in the development of the athletic department’s long-range plan• Assist in creating and revising athletic policies and reviewing and editing Athletic Department policy and Procedure Manual• Coordinating searches and serving as chair of personnel search committee when appropriate• Direct supervisor for two departments within athletes including 70+ student workers• Advocate for the needs and interests of women within the athletic department
