I write to change the lives of local students. As the Communications Associate:-Interview students, parents, community members, donors and board members to find stories that show the impact we make on the community-Write press releases-Website updating-Assist with grant writing-Write content for the monthly newsletter that is sent to community members in and out of SWFL-Write content for company collateral -Design/update company collateral-Plan and implement short videos for social media, website and YouTube -Plan and implement content for social media -Manage all ads for magazine and newspapers (Naples Daily News, Gulfshore Life, Gulfshore Business, Naples Illustrated, eBella magazine)

- go to onsite mobile food pantries and participate/supervise the distribution of food.- go out into the community and inform the people about what the Harry Chapin Food Bank does and also the importance of eating nutritious food.- write up articles about events that the food bank has held for fundraisers and other things.- connect one on one level with the community.- help affiliates of the company with social media accounts (Empty Bowls Naples)- Help seniors sign up for CSFP food program

My role as an intern at Clear Channel is to write about events, usually concerts. I also help with contests and the social media of the radio stations

As a student assistant I am in charge of filing student records, answering phones, assisting students with their academics, also assisting the staff members.

While interning at Fox 4 I get a chance to shadow reporters and also help in editing stories and video. I also do research for the reporters.

With this job title I am reviewing albums of alternative rock bands. I will also be contributing to the concert reviews for nowastedsounds.com

In this particular job I am in charge of keeping attendance, helping students with any questions they may have and helping the professor with whatever he needs.

With this blog I will be helping first generation and minority students find articles that will help them transition. I will also add a fun little twist to this.
