Currently, as Senior Vice President, Participations & Residuals at HBO, Mary is responsible for supervising all residuals and profit participations reporting and payment obligations. She coordinates with Business and Legal Affairs regarding participation contract language; develops and maintains financial models used for negotiations, budgeting, financial planning and forecasts; and supervises internal and participant audits and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.Previously, as Director of Residuals, Foreign Levies and Signatories at the Writers Guild of America, West, Mary was responsible for administering and enforcing residuals provisions of the WGA’s Minimum Basic Agreement. While at WGA, Mary supervised a staff of 20+ in the collection and disbursement of residual compensation and worked with int’l collection societies to distribute monies due U.S. authors under foreign laws. She also supervised credit determinations for all television programming under WGA jurisdiction. Mary is a graduate of Loyola Law School and received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
