Hello, I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2011 with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in International Business. Upon graduation, I commenced my career at The Boeing Company (Defense, Space, and Aviation) as a Procurement Agent. In this capacity, I managed the supply chain and led the strategic sourcing process, overseeing all phases from procurement package development to contract negotiation, execution, and enforcement. My responsibilities included managing supplier and subcontractor relationships, developing sourcing strategies, coordinating proposal efforts, and establishing performance metrics while collaborating with engineering teams to provide both technical and business guidance.Through my experience in the government contracting sector, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the FAR/DFAR requirements and have developed expertise in negotiating terms and conditions. One of my key initiatives involved creating a new process for reviewing FAR compliance within government proposals, which enhanced my financial analysis skills and deepened my knowledge of federal acquisition regulations. Additionally, I earned a Master Certificate in Government Contracting from Villanova University, where I received Achievement Awards in Mastering Business Skills, Contract Management, and Government Contracting, further expanding my understanding of government regulations in the contracting field.Currently, I serve as a Supply Chain Manager (K) for the Vertical Lift team, where I oversee all procurement and contracting activities related to domestic and international wire harnesses and electrical components for defense programs. I also lead build-to-print activities for the future long-range assault aircraft, the Defiant, during the proposal phase. As a leader at Boeing, I am committed to fostering growth and development for both myself and my team members.In addition to my primary responsibilities, I am proud to serve as the Skills Team Leader for Supply Chain at Ridley Park.
