For the past two years I have worked at Epic supporting various customers, as both primary and backup service, support a wide variety of unique workflows and build. Working with people and building relationships, especially over the internet, was a bit outside my expected comfort zone as an engineering major who fit several of those stereotypes, but I quickly found my stride and developed strong relationships with each group. This has given me not just a wonderful opportunity to learn to work with several types of people, but has also given me opportunities to take on roles early in my career that may not have been available otherwise, including leading an internal support group, fixing minor bugs, and writing searches for executives.I am an alum of Villanova University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with Honors and a minor in Spanish. For four years I was a rower on the Villanova Division I Rowing team and represented my school in the 2V+ and 1V+ for which I received the Caritas and Veritas awards.
