Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of all management systems; including office operations, employee services, financials and client account services. Directed the production of high-quality marketing and packaging materials for our retail, business-to-business and consumer clients.• Led the conversion of the studio from a freelance house to a staffed agency yielding an additional 25% profit for the stockholders; within 18 months - revenues were up 900% with a 35% profit margin.• Played a key role in the establishment of an overseas office – from researching local laws and requirements to managing the new staff and the clients’ expectations for the group. The group was awarded a CHF 1,000,000 contract. Assisted in the negotiations and the sale of the agency. • Led the development of a secure online Art Management System for a consumer goods client to streamline the time to market for their packaging goods. With a system that was available 24/7 in every country around the world – this client realized dramatic savings in project development time and shipping expense. • Developed, staffed and trained a new department to meet a specific client need – Quality Assurance. Instituted processes and procedures that yielded daily, monthly and quarterly reports for our Swiss client. This department inspected 900+ unique pieces of material each year.• Realized 12 consecutive years of profitability at or above 50%. • Collaborated on teams that won design and packaging awards such as the London International Packaging Awards, and had work published in Graphis, Graphis Packaging and HOW Magazine.
