  Michail Z. Hack received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Mr. Hack has devoted his nine years at Quadrino Schwartz to tirelessly fighting for ERISA litigants' rights for equal access to justice. Mr. Hack has fought to re-establish ERISA litigants' rights to engage in discovery and the right to a jury trial. While Mr. Hack remains actively involved in insurance litigation and class actions, he presently uses his litigation experience in managing Quadrino Schwartz's large Disability Claims Unit. The Disability Claims Unit focuses on keeping insureds out of unpredictable and potentially lengthy litigations and "in claim" by assisting clients in navigating through carriers' treacherous demands for independent medical evaluations, field interviews, and functional capacity evaluations.
