● Created, published, and facilitated in-person and virtual training using UX and UI design skills, and inspected the procedural improvements for 116 districts throughout north Texas.● Led the synchronous Emergency Operations Plan 2024 Fall Review for over 200 direct participants, and thousands of end users across the state.● PM over the design, development, and delivery of the Cyber Security Annex for TxSSC. I researched, planned, developed, and delivered the in-person and synchronous training to over 40 participants for the Technology Alliance for Statewide Initiatives (TASI) conference.● Created and published a state-wide easy-to-follow 20-page web-accessibility compliance guidance document for TxSSCs IT and Training and Education departments, bringing TxSSC into federal compliance regarding equal access for persons with disabilities.● Identified federal compliance shortfalls and presented critical accessibility processadjustments to the Director of IT and Assistant Director of T&E.● As a change manager, I spearheaded a center-wide reconstruction of instructional design project management protocols and reduced initial single-project production time from 90 days to three weeks utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and qualitative feedback.● Designed and delivered the US 1100 University Seminar to approximately 167 university students over the last three semesters.

● Worked hand-in-hand with faculty to design and develop self-paced online correspondence and academic scheduled-hybrid courses. ● Created instructional courses on Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or directly into our learning management system (LMS), create online exams that work through our LMS (Sakai-based), interactive lessons and activities, and syllabi as well as other learning tools.● Reviewed and recommended improvements for faculty-led undergraduate and graduate courses. ● The design principle for multiple CompTIA program development projects, including Linux, JavaScript, and Security+.● I was the principal ID for Google’s Data Analytics Professional Certificate program; taken by over 1.1 million enrollees and rated at 4.8 out of 5 stars by 79,720 enrollees (as of 10/2023).● Strategized and personally developed federally compliant coursework for Colorado State University - Global Campus (3 courses), Desmos (50 interactive programs), Pearson, and McGraw-Hill (over 200 contractual deliverables) with zero compliance issues.

● Analyzed, developed, and facilitated federally compliant fiscal education for more than 800 customer service providers nationwide.● Designed three 80-hour in-person training programs to enhance customer experience and employee soft skills relating to building rapport with customers, having difficult conversations, loan processing, and debt recovery protocols following state and federal compliance codes.● Administered the Halogen LMS, working with the vendor to make it SCORM-compliant. Trained staff on using LMS and worked with trainers to upload content and obtain data for analytical trends.

● Project lead for the 2013 Communities in Schools of Texas standards re-write.● I led statewide change management. I identified strategic and procedural shortcomings faced by school program managers and regional directors supporting CIS-Texas for K-12 schools.

●Taught adult students, civilian and military, a variety of subjects to prepare the student to take the Armed Forces Classification Test to enter the military or to obtain another job while in the military. ●The subjects were: math computation and arithmetic reasoning, paragraph comprehension, using context clues, skills to memorize vocabulary lists, understanding main ideas, study skills, and dealing with test anxiety. ●Math computation and arithmetic reasoning include: understanding the number line, place values, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, decimals, and fractions, understanding percentages, computing time, distance, and rate, computing interest, rate, principal, and time, basic geometry, and basic algebra.

● Program manager for the Family Training Readiness program (onboarding, personal finance, and cultural training) for roughly 12,000 servicemembers and their families stationed in Vicenza, Italy, and Mons, Belgium.● Planned, authored, and led onboarding, personal finance, and cultural training for roughly 3000 family members assigned to their first overseas locality.

● Developed and delivered 480 cumulative hours of in-person and asynchronous training to streamline the onboarding and development of roughly 1200 military interrogators across the Department of Defense HUMINT channel.
