Having joined Gepard as a Marketing Manager, I was responsible for boosting the Inbound Marketing engine to enable an increased flow of MQLs & SQLs in the pipeline and multiplying the marketing-generated revenue. Therefore, I was mainly focusing on building a reconsidered Go-to-Market strategy, including positioning updates and marketing messaging creation aligned with the market demand. While building a better external presence, I was setting up a Marketing team and establishing internal processes. Together with the newly hired team, we relaunched Gepard’s website with a completely new structure, content, and design. It was successfully migrated to another CMS, allowing the Marketing team to be more agile, fast in new ideas realization, and less dependent on the developers. I restarted the content generation process and significantly increased the content quality. My primary goal was to build a bridge between our customers' challenges and the Gepard solution, educating them on product data management trends and showing how to automate the routine work with the help of PIM software.

At BITEGRICO, I set sail on my marketing adventure and started exploring the world of digital marketing. The agency operated in two business verticals, providing services in web development and digital marketing for small and medium businesses. I learned the fundamentals of the marketing ecosystem, being involved in working with various channels such as Content, SEO, SMM, Email, Paid Campaigns, and PR. I have also gained vast experience with Project Management approaches since BITEGRICO utilized Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies on various projects. Later, as my experience grew, I acted as a Marketing Project Coordinator, a mediator between the client's expectations and our channel marketing specialists' deliverables. I worked in the following industries: Fintech, Entertainment, eCommerce, and Healthcare.
