That feedback was used to refine training for future classes. • Completely revised FTAC curriculum in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, taking the course down from 5 days to 3 days. • Developed a virtual learning environment as an alternate mode of delivery for training when COVID-19 prevented meeting in person.• Saving approximately 3K man-hours, and successfully depleting a 7-month backlog of Airmen waiting to attend FTAC.• Served as the alternate Career Assistant Advisor• Educated 80+ Airman on career options such as: retraining options, conducting individual/group counseling sessions to assist Airmen to achieve career goals, advised 2k+ Airmen on military separation opportunities and created Professional Military Education Symposiums for Active Duty and Guard/Reserve Service Members.
