I have a proven track record of executive leadership, vision casting, building team buy-in, leadership development, and membership growth. I have multiple year and market experience of building teams, growing revenue, and replacing myself by way of developing the next era of local and regional leaders, while simultaneously running a program department that delivers education, resources, and curriculum to hundreds of trainer associates who impact thousands of members. I’ve been a multi year director of a national fitness event hosted in multiple states that incorporated hundreds of sales people, event judges, and cross-functional collaboration culminating in a finals event in Austin, Texas that hosted thousands. I’ve designed and executed fitness events at major sports stadiums in multiple cities, have directed a massive sales initiative that brought together hundreds of sale associates to converge on a city, driving thousands of sales trials and resulting in thousands of long term memberships within a two week time frame. I started a business in college that grossed over $100K in top line revenue in retail sales, served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for four years, and served as a Regional President of a 50 million start up that was awarded nine times, Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies award. I’ve won an obscene amount of company awarded over a decade and a half, have climbed up and down the corporate ladder, have served as a fitness trainer to easily over 5000 individuals in parks and parking lots in Dallas, TX, have had the pleasure of presenting a keynote to an audience of over 1000 at a company conference. I love working out, fishing, climbing mountains, conversations over coffee, and most importantly, spending quality time with my wife Crystal and our five kids. I’ve helped build an innovative fitness company that I love with my closest friends, but it’s time for a new chapter, with a new mission, new faces, and a new cause.
