I started my working career providing customer support for EPOS systems. During my four years there I learned to adapt to various challenges and also improved my problem solving skills.For ten years I then worked in Talent and Recruitment - both agency and internally as part of HR teams with several companies across various industries. This has really given me in-depth understanding of how companies utilise HR and specifically Talent functions for their specific purposes and goals.
