As a crew member, I wear many hats (and a mask!) each day – doing everything from being a cashier, to stocking the shelves, working the sample station, manning the door and cleaning the carts. This role requires daily use of strong time management, communication, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills.

- In collaboration with marketing team, created and developed copy for marketing campaigns including social media, print ads, video scripts, and various internal communications. - Worked closely with the videographer in developing concepts and scripts for video campaigns and assisted with video production.- Served as communications contact for each of the property managers to facilitate approval of marketing and communications materials that promoted each property’s events and specials.

- Worked closely with art director students creating three to four integrated campaigns each semester across all media, including print, video, outdoor, and social media. Started with a big idea concept to guide the campaign, and then created various executions across media channels.- Formally presented work weekly for critiques and feedback from professors and fellow Texas Creative students, and ultimately presented our work to advertising professionals at the Final Critique event each semester.- Awarded two Silver Student Addy awards for a print campaign and an integrated campaign, along with a bronze for an integrated campaign.

Interning at Prospera Financial Services provided me with valuable experience working in a professional environment for the first time. Prospera strives to provide it's employees - interns included - with opportunities to learn and grow as professionals as well as individuals. For example, sending all new employees and interns to weekly ToastMasters meetings where we prepared and presented a couple speeches throughout the summer and received constructive feedback. Another valuable opportunity that was given to me was a project to help write a series of five emails to encourage all of Prospera's several hundred Independent Advisors to adopt the new Smart Station 2.0 software.
