Working with director about the scene details, managing the whole team including artist, technical staff, production staff, working with accounts department, contacting the wardrobe department and as well as the art department. Looking after the pre and post production work as well.

Read scripts to think about the scenario in mind, worked with the planning department to see how the scheduling is being done, worked with the associate director for the breakdown of the scene what will be the continuity, props, location, sub location, which artist will be used. Interaction with the artist in case if they need something and want to go somewhere. Understanding how one whole day petty is being made and how to utilise the amount and to make the expense of that.
