Line-centric accountability for 2 production lines (cell) with below standard work processes:- Problem Solving: loss elimination in a sustainable way by root cause identification and countermeasures creation.- Centerlining as optimal machine parameters & settings process- Changeover as brand change optimization process with flexibility to satisfy market demand, overproduction avoidance, quality incidents avoidance,- Reapplication Management as process of reapplication of breakthrough results from one process to another to speed up the results to be achieved.I was part of Integrated Work System (IWS) implementation which leverages on Zero Loss Mindset and 100% employee ownership with:- Run-To-Target (RTT) manufacturing which is about building foundations : creating and maintaining base conditions - IWS pillars activation on a model line with equipment owners (for leadership learning before extending it to all site)Key results achieved:- MTBF from 1 min to double digits- Process Reliability multiplied by 1.2- Reject Rate reduced to 2 times less
