I'm responsible for managing Product Support & Deployment Team whose mission is supporting and facilitate the adoption of TXTPERFORM by our customers as a part of projects driven by TXT Operations.My role is to lead the team, striving to achive our mission and specifically:- Being the first/main contact point for TXT Operations,- Acting as an expert team, giving advices and information about solution design and product features,- Having a constant update about the status of projects (from design to go-live),- Managing and prioritizing issues and bugs,- Collecting light-requirements,- Interfacing with Evolution and Software Factory teams,- Writing technical documentations packaged with the product,- Improving the knowledge of Microsoft and third-part technologies which our product is based on (mainly: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Analysis Services, Multidimensional Query Language, Microsoft Sharepoint Server).I have introduced in our process some agile practices (e.g. daily stand-up meetings, Kanban queue, S.M.A.R.T objectives) in order to improve self-organization, responsibility, communication and transparency inside and outside the team.
