CurrentAs a Producer at 505 Games and HOOK, I am responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle of video game projects, from initial concept to final release. My role focuses on ensuring development teams deliver high-quality games on time and within budget, while maintaining a clear creative vision aligned with company goals.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: I lead development teams to produce high-quality games by coordinating every aspect of production. This includes creating and managing Milestone Schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring constant focus on risk mitigation. I communicate project status and challenges across the organization, ensuring transparency with key stakeholders.Licensor and Partner Relationships: I manage licensor relationships, overseeing product approvals and ensuring effective communication throughout the development process. I handle multiple language SKUs for worldwide territories, working with QA and the submissions team to ensure all 1st party submissions are completed accurately and on time.Quality Assurance: In collaboration with the QA Manager, I oversee the testing process to ensure games meet high-quality standards and are ready for launch. Post-launch, I manage any ongoing game development, live services, and downloadable content (DLC) updates.Creative Vision: I work closely with Brand Management and Development teams to define the creative direction of the games. I communicate the core experience of the game to internal and external partners, including Brand, PR, Sales, and Executive teams.Business Development: I review new product pitches, providing detailed feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement. This ensures the company invests in the best opportunities.Process Optimization: I work with the Line Manager to create and implement new processes and procedures that optimize efficiency across the production department and the organization as a whole.
