Pegasus (www.pegasus.fr) est une entreprise de sérigraphie spécialisée pour les écoles / CA ~800k€ / 12 employés en haute saison. Avec ma soeur, nous en avons hérité en 2020 en situation de quasi faillite. Malgré nos efforts de redressement, la situation préexistante et les crises successives (covid, MP) demeurèrent insurmontables. J'en retire beaucoup d'enseignements et notamment que c'est la direction RH qui est la plus difficile dans une entreprise en difficulté, loin devant les aspects commerciaux ou financiers./ Marketing & Commercial :> dév de nouvelles offres et produits (produits bio nouveaux ~15% des ventes) > dév des ventes Allemagne et Belgique (de 50 à 100 commandes)> refonte de la SEO et du site vitrine (+30% de visite) > Dév de la prospection par email et newsletter> mise en place de campagnes Adwords google et Ads sur facebook (n'a pas donné de bons résultats)> Dév des réseaux sociaux (instagram: de 0 à 700 abonnés, groupe fb : de 0 à 800 membres)> Partenariats et ventes croisées (avec un acteur en vente de chocolat et un en tombola)> Refonte du pricing> Mise en place d'un pipe commercial avec suivi AV email & tel (taux de conversion établi à 60%)/ Finances et admin :> Reprise en main intégrale de la comptabilité (rien n’avait été fait dans les derniers mois d’activité), modernisation des outils et automatisation de la saisie et de la reconciliation, recrutement et formation d’une assistante, préparation des bilans et création d’un BP> Mise en place du chômage partiel, obtention d’un PGE (90k€ + 10k€), d’un prêt de la BPI (50k€), d’un prêt de la région IDF (20k€) et d’une subvention du dépt 92 (12k€), montage des dossiers CIR/CII et de formation OPCO, reprise des contrats de travail, gestion des licenciements économiques et d’une procédure prud’hommale> Gestion des procédures collectives : sauvegarde pour tenter de sauver l’activité début 2022 puis liquidation en octobre 2022 afin de clôturer l’activité

Keymetrics is a software startup created in 2014. We develop Performance Monitoring Services for Javascript applications in SaaS. We provide app developers with a dashboard displaying all the critical informations about the software they are building. Our offer is composed by : - PM2 runtime, an open source process manager for NodeJS, downloaded 40M+ times, used by companies like Paypal, Apple or Tesla- PM2 Monitoring, a SaaS software to monitor NodeJS applications (backend and infrastructure metrics and alerts from production app) with hundreds of active customers - PM2 Enterprise, an extended and in depth monitoring suite for Enterprise application at scale, used by companies among which Chauffeur privé or La Poste Enthusiastic and driven manager. I work on different projects, whether it belongs to the Product, financial, or HR fields.At Keymetrics I handled the fundraising of 2M€ with 2 VCs, the recruitment of an A player technical team, the User research part in product development, 460k€ subsidies from the french government or the implementation of an OKR management system (team goals definition and reporting system) within the team and many other projects...I like to think my work as gathering passionate personalities and try my best to make them work together with no friction and great results. What I love @Keymetrics above all is the team. Working everyday with this team is fun and inspiring and no day is like the one before.

Totem is a 3 days participative festival - 600p at the 2016 edition - where every participant collaborates to the artistic & collective output of the event by taking part to a project (music performance, decoration, diverse stands) or just helping to organize. I am president of the association behind and lead the development of the festival.

As an intern in the communication team for France and Benelux, I am representing BlaBlaCar at various events (festivals), I am organizing meetings with members and searching for interesting partnerships.
