Facilitates work needed to be… Show more The Project Management Specialist provides field oversite for the construction of Saltwater Disposal (SWD) facilities and produced water pipelines. The individual works with engineers and construction vendors to safely and efficiently build new facilities and oversee major construction projects on existing facilities and infrastructure. Charged with managing delivery and construction timelines, tracking costs, and executing the facility and construction budget. Facilitates work needed to be completed and commissioned to meet operator produced water take away requirements. Interfaces with other company employees, contractors, and vendors to optimize production in a safe and environmentally sound manner. Serves as the field representative for the company on all pipeline and facility construction projects. Supports the engineering staff in the pre-planning processes with the Bill of Materials (BOM) list, project scope/scope change management, and overall authorization for expenditure (AFE) approval. Commission into operation (pipelines and facilities) completed projects in coordination with Operations leadership and local field personnel. Serves as the point of contact to competitor organizations requiring work activity during joint right-of-way scenarios and is on those locations to ensure safe work is being conducted by 3rd party construction entities near company infrastructure. Maintains communication with the Project Managing Engineer daily regarding project status and reports and escalates actual and potential risks to project deliverables. Assigns tasks to functions/individuals responsible for project execution, acting per the direction and authority of the Project Managing Engineer. Responsible for communicating with local, state and federal officials when encountering county roads, state highways and railroads for code and legal compliance. Show less
