I am currently leading a team of 10 Software Development Engineers in automating tests for both Web and Mobile platforms. My team supports over 8 diverse Agile teams by helping accelerate the delivery of Software to our customers through automated test execution. I have the exciting task of architecting and developing our Test Automation technology stack while simultaneously leading highly skilled engineers in the use of this technology. I very much enjoy developing strategies to solving our technical challenges and implementing these strategies with my team. My team has become experts in delivering software that facilitates the shifting of the Testing phase closer and sooner to the Development phase in order to be able to test earlier and more often.
