At Amazon, I took a particular focus on growing AWS’s influence on the French Startup Ecosystem. I built the local startup team. I identified and took action to address the needs of the ecosystem. I implemented and executed on a strategy to increase awareness and our penetration in that market. Finally, I established trusted relationships with the leading Incubators, Accelerators and Institutional partners. - Was in charge of the strategy around the acquisition and retention of the Startup market in France. - Built the French Startup Team and drove its alignment with the various field teams (Sales, Architects, Partners, Marketing & PR) - Established and developed relationships with France’s Startup Ecosystem: Accelerators, Incubators, Business & Engineering Schools, Non-profits and various Public Sector initiatives.- Oversaw the launch and initial rollout of the AWS Activate program in France. - Worked with AWS PR & Marketing to increase the profile and general awareness of AWS within the French startup community.
