Currently working on my Masters's Thesis entitled Clinical Application of Polygenic Risk Scores. The project focuses on analyzing existing Polygenic Risk Scores (PRS) for Type 2 Diabetes and trying to find a consensus among them. Furthermore, I am also developing possible pipelines to integrate the usage of genetic data and PRS models into a practical workflow to be used in clinical settings.
