With overall responsibility for the operations at Markforged Sweden, I oversee Contract manufactures, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Consumable and spare part sales, Production, Facility, ISO 9001, Safety, Work environment, quarterly reports and probably somethings I've missed. I work to set up new structures and ways of working more efficiently, looking at where the person contributes the most. I like to challenge people to take on tasks they have not done before and let them grow professionally. I work with establishing team dynamics, work as one team as alone is not strong.I have the budget responsibility for my department as well investment and maintenance planning. With a slim team we have created an efficient, dedicated and proactive organisation that is amazing. I see operations as the cogwheel in the business, interacting with both R&D, Sales and finance.I take on all tasks with an opened mind and I'm not afraid of getting my hands dirty if someone needs assistance. Probably the reason to why all my coworkers like me ;-)

I worked at the R&D company Välinge Innovation in Viken, Sweden who invented the click flooring, new surface materials and click furniture . My position at Välinge Innovation was senior international key account manager with national responsibility for south and north parts of Europe as well as Japan. During my years within the R&D and licensing business I have acquired extensive insight, knowledge and skills within the flooring and furniture industry. I build long term relations without prestige and functions as the natural contact surface between our company and the licensee. I believe in a personal contact to gain as much value as possible for both companies, which leads to business. My working tasks was to analyse the market for new business opportunities, negotiation and establishing of long term license agreements together with sale and implementation of our technologies to the producer. During all my years I have acquired a broad understanding of different business cultures and B2B in an international environment.
