• Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and delivery of a variety of mandatory and developmental training courses for 1,200 staff members across 36 care homes within the Central Midlands and South West region.
• Design and delivery of Induction programmes for new colleagues across the region
• Mentor and coach to all in-house trainers
• Support Area Managers and Home Managers with regards to issues identified through CQC and internal inspections
• Main point of contact for the 36 homes for all external training needs and diploma requirements

Leicestershire & Northamptonshire Region

• Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery of Induction training programmes
• Coordination of refresher training to ensure statutory and mandatory requirements are met
• Liaison with internal and external training providers/awarding bodies to ensure legal requirements for the workforce are met (in line with CQC Regulations)
• Management of the learning and development training budget
• Reported to the Senior Management Team on the evaluation of learning and development courses delivered
