Am the father of two wonderful girls who love to adventure with me.Working at Jamf since 2015, I started off as a Technical Account Manager, rose to a Strategic Technical Account Manager, and then transitioned to an Enterprise Support Engineer. All of these roles made me the first point of contact for our customers to receive technical support.In 2022, I made the big shift to become a Product Owner at Jamf. Now I'm working with a couple of our development teams on prioritizing work, owning and maintaining a backlog, and working with various stakeholders to find items of work that will delight our customers and maintain our business competitiveness.

Current• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to create and maintain the Product Backlog by continuously defining user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and evaluating scope• Direct and inspire engineering teams to build the most valuable product, in the smallest shippable increments, with measurable high quality, to fulfill Jamf’s vision• Act as the final decision maker to define what is in and out of scope for a product sprint• Define acceptance criteria for each assigned product initiative and validates outcomes during and after delivery• Maintain accurate records of development status and backlog priorities in project tracking software (e.g. Jira)• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and events• Work with PM and Engineering team to break down work into increments small enough to plan and estimate with high confidence• Identify, communicate, and mitigate when possible the risks to their product development plans• Grow and maintain knowledge in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer for engineering teams
