Driving Sales and Generating Prospects• Generate prospects and drive sales through organised events, both in-person and virtual. • Assist in executing sales campaigns alongside the Marketing Lead, utilising account-specific marketing, vlog-based email campaigns, articles, webinars, and social media posts.• Respond to incoming calls and email enquiries, assigning leads to BD Managers, Directors, Partners, Principals, and CoE Leaders.• Collaborate with the Executive Search division to leverage existing relationships to meet client needs.• Arrange strategic sales calls, ensuring the appropriate H&S team is prepared and necessary research is presented. • Oversee, manage, and implement BD campaigns, targeting moving executives, specific referrals, and RFP list placements.Sales Support and Operational Duties• Assist Partners & Principals in creating proposals and discussion documents for key opportunities.• Coordinate RFP responses, including scheduling meetings, managing sourcing platforms, and liaising with legal, finance, and IT departments.• Support Partners in managing their sales pipelines, ensuring accurate documentation of sales opportunities in the H&S CRM.• Serve as the subject matter expert and single point of contact for sales decks, qualification summaries, and proposal templates.• Regularly update and refine BD materials such as master decks, case studies, sample proposals, standard RFP responses, and discussion document templates.Sales Operations and Support Activities• Provide crucial support in crafting compelling proposals and discussion documents tailored to strategic opportunities.• Direct the management of RFP responses, organise meetings and deadlines, oversee sourcing platform operations, and liaise effectively with legal, finance, and IT departments.• Continuously update and refine BD materials, including master decks, case studies, example proposals, RFP standard responses, and discussion document templates.
