Managed the daily operations of the contract security force (150+ Employees) in a portfolio of 7,000-man hours per week, I have managed up to 12,000 man hours and (250-300 Employees) including all scheduling and payroll. I supervise all aspects of operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, appropriate cost controls, mitigation of risk and liability as well as process improvement. My client base ranged from 30-120 client sites at one time. In most cases, there were several clients at one site with different needs. I was responsible for managing client relationships on domestic and global levels. I performed administrative functions: invoicing, billing adjustments, bonus ordering, contract file maintenance, and carry out necessary accounts receivable duties.
