Sales Coordinator - North American Sales Team
CurrentOverall Role: Supporting the North American sales team in their business development activities for Cegid's SaaS-based talent management solutions.Primary responsibilities include:- Coordinating and submitting sales proposals in response to public RFPs in both Canada and the United States. Approximately 50 per year.- Generating weekly KPI reports across a series of revenue and pipeline KPIs for distribution to senior management.- Administrating team use of corporate CRM system to ensure proper entry and updating of prospects, clients and opportunities.- Entering all closed new contracts and upsells into corporate order system to ensure proper recording and entry into corporate invoicing system.- Creating and updating sales metrics data sets for generating pivot table reports across a variety of revenue KPIs, including ARR by industry, lead source and unionization status, Clients by industry, KPI trends, Win ratios, RFx person-hour costs, etc.
