Led the company's efforts to develop and bring to market significant intellectual property within the emerging IP-based telecom switching fabric marketplace. The firms' clients included Sprint, MCI and Cisco Systems and employed 130+ associates and a six member senior leadership team reporting directly to Cullen throughout his tenure.

Firm was established as a Telecommunications software consulting practice specializing in the development of IP based call switching fabric and adjunct application delivery systems in August of 1996 and grew to $25M+ in annualized revenue by mid-1999. In January, 2000 the firm was acquired in a re-capitalization by an investment group led by Apollo Management L.P. Cullen assumed responsibility as the CEO/President of Raviant Networks subsequent to the closing of the transaction.

Assumed a variety of responsibilities within the business development and consulting practice arenas over the span of thirteen years at the company. Experiences included significant exposure to accounts within the telecom, media/entertainment, financial services and process mfg markets. Served as Global Account Manager for the firms' relationship with Sprint at the time of departure from the company.
